The Synk media library: folders per venue, uploaded images and videos, each marked playback ready and showing which playlists use it. — **Media library.** Folders per venue and every file marked either playback ready or not yet in use — so you can see what has been uploaded and forgotten.

You decide exactly what each person can see and do. Choose from three interface modes per user: give a duty manager Simple — upload, edit the reel, push to screens — while whoever set the site up keeps the full editor and change it whenever roles change.
