Ten or more screens
Above ten screens the setup usually needs a conversation — groups, staff permissions, who installs the players, whether panels are being bought.
There is no volume price published, because we would rather quote against your actual sites than print a number we then argue about.
Get in touch →What the price includes
- Screens
- Priced per screen. Add or remove screens as the estate changes; each one keeps its own orientation and schedule.
- Storage
- 10 GB of media per account. Enough for a few hundred images or a couple of hours of video.
- Users
- As many staff accounts as you need, with roles and permissions and an audit trail of who changed what.
- Scheduling and content
- Unlimited playlists and schedules, images, video, PDFs, portal-built designs, menu boards and the live widgets — weather and TfL departures included.
- Player software and updates
- The players are free and update themselves over the network. You are not charged per platform.
- Support
- Email support is included.
What it does not include
- Hardware
- We do not sell screens or sticks. If you need a Fire TV Stick or an Android box, buy it wherever you like.
- Installation and cabling
- Mounting a panel and running power or network to it is not ours. Our partner programme exists for installers who do that work.
- Design services
- You can build menu boards and notices in the portal, but we do not design your artwork for you.
- The network
- A screen needs an internet connection to collect changes. It keeps playing the last thing it received if the connection drops.
The free trial
Fourteen days, full product, no card. Sign up, add a screen and use it as you would in normal trading.
You are not charged when the trial ends and nothing is taken automatically: to carry on, you add a card in the portal.
Questions
The things people ask before paying.
- What happens to my screens if I stop paying?
- The screens stop receiving new content and playback ends at the close of the billing period you have paid for. The hardware is yours and is unaffected — it is a TV again.
- Do I have to buy hardware?
- Often not. If you have a Samsung commercial panel, an Android TV set, or a Windows PC behind the screen, the player runs on what you have. Otherwise a Fire TV or Android TV stick in the HDMI port is the cheapest route. We do not sell either.
- Can I try it on one screen first?
- Yes and it is the sensible way to do it. Start with one screen, keep the second on whatever it does now and compare. You can also run the player in a browser tab before you touch a real display.
- Is my data held in the UK?
- We would rather leave this blank than answer it wrongly. Ask and we will tell you exactly where things sit.
- Who do I contact when a screen goes dark?
- Email synk@synkrony.com and a person reads it. Before you do, the portal will usually tell you which screen is offline and when it last checked in and a screenshot from the screen will show what it is playing.
- How does billing and cancelling work?
- Monthly by card, charged per screen on the account. Add a screen and it is billed from that point; remove one and it stops at the next renewal. Cancelling is a button in the portal, not an email you have to chase.
