Running screens should not need an IT department. The person changing what is on display is usually whoever happens to be on shift, with ten minutes between orders.
Synk is built for exactly that. Proper scheduling, real hardware support and a published price, so a business with three screens can run them properly without a specialist.

Synk is built by people who have spent years putting screens into live environments — transport, retail and hospitality. Years of that teaches you what a screen needs to do every day and what nobody ever uses twice.

We will
- Publish our prices. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay and any change is announced in advance.
- Update players over the network, so new features and fixes reach your screens without anyone visiting the site.
- Answer support email as a person who knows the product and can do something about it.
- Keep your media yours. Export it or close your account from inside the portal, whenever you want.
We will not
- Make you sit through a sales call to see the product or the price.
- Tie you to a multi-year contract or a minimum number of screens.
- Charge for features you are not using, or move a feature you rely on behind a higher tier.
- Describe something as available when it is still being built.
Customer data
Your media, your playlists and your staff accounts belong to you. We use them to run the service and for nothing else. Screenshots taken from a live screen are visible to your account, not to us as a matter of routine.
