Upload what you already have
Images, video and PDFs go straight into the media library and are transcoded for playback. If you have no artwork, build a menu board or a notice in the portal instead. Files can be organised in folders to keep things neat so you can locate them easily.

Set the order and the hours
A playlist is an ordered reel: you set the sequence and how long each image holds. Videos run their full length unless you override them. A schedule then decides which playlist plays at which time of day — breakfast until eleven, drinks after five, on the same screen without anyone touching it.

Publish and the screen picks it up
Changes reach a screen in seconds over its network connection. You do not visit the screen: content and player updates arrive on their own. If you want proof, take a screenshot from the live screen and see exactly what is playing.
